Firewall Anchors

Since the new 'Rockclimbs of Victoria' came out I've talked to a few people who were perplexed when they climbs on the Firewall at Mt. Wells for the first time. In the guide it shows a set of anchors marked at the top of "Centipder" and "One Small Step". There aren't any anchors up there. Scott MacInnes has been kind enought to leave a sling with a couple quicklinks up at the top, but that will need to be replaced at some point. So, just make sure that you bring a couple slings to wrap the tree when you head up "Centipeder" or "One Small Step" or else you might be lowering off a draw. Also, we've been unable to find the anchors shown for "Crispy Critters" so we've been finishing it on the "Hooters for the moon" anchors. |

| bornfree 10 posts | I put anchors up for Centipeder last weekend but my battery died before I could finish the ones for Crispy/One Small Step. Will have them done on the weekend of April 21/22 Sorry for the confusion with the guide. |
